A Good Packaging Solution Starts with the Right Questions
Every project has different requirements. We begin by understanding your product, packaging goals and production needs.
Sample & Drawing
Start with a sample, drawing or initial concept.
Design Feasibility
Review bottle shape, neck finish and mold design.
Material & Quantity
Consider material options and target order volume.
Packaging Applications & Key Considerations
Different applications call for different bottle designs. We review product requirements, material options and closure compatibility to identify a practical development approach.
Personal Care Packaging
Typical applications: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion bottles.
Key considerations
Bottle shape and target capacity
Material suitability for the intended formula
Neck finish and compatibility with caps or pumps
Pet Care Packaging
Typical applications: Pet shampoo, grooming liquids and selected pet-care products.
Key considerations
Practical bottle handling
Closure and dispensing requirements
Compatibility with the intended formulation
Additional Applications
Cosmetics
Selected skincare and cosmetic liquid bottles.
Focus: Appearance, bottle geometry, material suitability and closure compatibility.
Household Cleaning
Suitable cleaning liquid bottles.
Focus: Capacity, practical handling, neck finish, and compatibility with the intended formula.
Customization Built Around Your Requirements
Every bottle project starts with a different set of requirements. We review the shape, capacity, material and closure details to help define a practical packaging solution for your product.
Typical capacity range, subject to design and process review.
Bottle Shape & Capacity
Discuss bottle geometry, dimensions and target capacity to suit your product and application. Feasibility is reviewed based on the intended design and manufacturing process.
Material Selection
HDPE, LDPE, PET and PP options can be evaluated according to product compatibility, appearance and manufacturing requirements. PCR content may also be discussed where suitable.
Neck Finish & Closure
Bottle openings and neck dimensions need to work with the selected cap, pump or sprayer. We review closure compatibility and related requirements for each project.
Reference-Based Development
Share a physical sample, drawing or initial concept. Where appropriate, digital measurement, CAD modeling and 3D-printed prototypes can support the development process.
From Concept to Production
A clear process helps move your custom bottle project from initial requirements to sample review and production planning.
Define the Requirements
Share your product type, target capacity, preferred material, reference sample or drawing, and estimated order quantity.
Review the Design
We review the bottle concept, dimensions, neck finish, material preferences and manufacturing feasibility before proceeding.
Develop the Mold
Based on the agreed design, we coordinate CAD development, mold manufacturing and the tooling work required for your project.
Trial & Sample Review
Trial samples are reviewed against the agreed requirements. Where needed, adjustments are discussed before the sample is approved for production.
Confirm Production
After sample approval, we confirm the material, specifications, order quantity, and production arrangements before proceeding with the agreed production plan.
Typical drawing-to-sample time is around 20 working days for standard projects. Actual timing depends on design complexity, tooling requirements and project details.
